Executive Coaching & Leadership Strategy for Senior Leaders

Who

Why
At senior levels, leadership fundamentally changes. You're expected to think strategically, decide with incomplete information, and influence across complex stakeholder landscapes, often under continual visibility. Most capable leaders can meet these demands.
Far fewer have the space to step back and reflect on how they're leading. Coaching creates a disciplined, confidential space to sharpen judgment and lead with intention rather than reaction.

About

To deepen my coaching, I earned a master's in organizational psychology and leadership behavior from Harvard and completed INSEAD's sponsored executive program in C-Suite Dynamics & Business Strategy. I also hold an MBA in Marketing & Brand Strategy and an MA in Applied Organizational & Human Communication, grounding my work in strategic decision-making, communication, and behavioral science.
I'm an ICF Level 2 Certified Coach (260+ hours, PCC candidate), with continuing education through the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.
My coaching integrates sophisticated leadership diagnostics — including Leadership Circle Profile 360, EQ-i 2.0 / EQ360, and Hogan Assessments — to reveal leadership patterns, decision-making dynamics, and developmental opportunities that aren't visible through conversation alone. Assessments help identify the often invisible gaps between how leaders intend to lead and how they are actually experienced by others.
A former Division I athlete, I bring discipline, resilience, and perspective to the leaders I support.
